Beat The Pros Sponsor – $2,500

– Logo at the “Beat The Pros” activity (.i.e. Putting Green)
– Activity will have its own donation price point (all proceeds benefit the event)

Cornhole Prize Sponsor – $1,500
We are looking for a Sponsor to come in and guarantee a prize. The number of players determines the average payout.(Anticipated Total Prize payout $1500)

This will go towards the medals given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams/players at the end of the Golf and Cornhole Tournament. We will contact the sponsors and discuss what is wanted and purchasing. If you are interested, please reach out prior, and we can finalize the number.

Miracle Family Team Sponsor – $500
This sponsorship opportunity will help provide a team for a CMN Miracle Family to participate/play in the tournament.

Last year, we had an organization graciously sponsor the hard signage on which the Hole Sponsor information will be placed, so this year, we’re opening that opportunity again for another organization to participate in the event.

Foursomes will get four shirts, which is typical, but if you want another, here’s an option. Also, all sponsors get their information on the back of the shirts, all from Hole sponsorships to a raffle item, but they get one shirt, so if you want more for your team or company to represent, here’s your chance too! Or you want a shirt, and you’re a vendor; this allows that option, too. (for more than one shirt purchase, you must fill this out accordingly)
